Payment
We use PayPal and RazorPay to process all credit card and debit card payments.
Product Delivery Options
When payment has been completed, you will receive a confirmation email from us with an invoice.
The product will be delivered via email in 48-72 hrs subject to payment confirmation and call verification.
We will use your information to verify your credit card details for your purchase, process your order and send you the products within the above mentioned timeline. We will also send you a receipt via email and we may use your telephone number for verification to contact you regarding your purchase.

Returns, Refund & Cancellation Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, once order placed and payment made you will not be able to cancel order or request for refund. After receiving payment, no cancellation or refund request will be entertained.
Product quality
Since this is digital product and documents may be weitten in more than one way. In no case you will be able claim documents are poor quality or have quality issues. Documents are created based on ISO standard requirements and they can’t be claimed as poor quality or not meeting your requirement. By placing your order in our website you agree that you will not claim refund due to quality issue.
